Credits

The CDN Website is a joint project of the Federal Capital Trial Project (FCTP) and the Habeas Assistance and Training Counsel (HAT). FCTP and HAT are funded pursuant to the Criminal Justice Act to assist counsel and the courts in federal capital and habeas cases. The project managers for the CDN website are Dick Burr for FCTP and Mark Olive for HAT.
